art of Mughals, Persians & Pandits. In our cooking,
meat is cooked in its own juices in a traditional clay
oven bringing the fullest taste to the palate. We at Radhika's
use very unique spices like saffron and astefotida which
we ground fresh daily to get the right flavors. Healthy,
fat free, well cooked, and freshly made to order makes
